Deposits 

• Full payment is required for orders under $80

 

• Orders over $80 require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the payment, unless the order is canceled 2 weeks prior to your pick up date.

 

*Deposits are required in order to secure your date! If you do not send the deposit, your order will not be confirmed and your date will most likely be unavailable if waiting too long to send over the payment* 

 

• Note: if you think you might not be able to provide a deposit the day of placing your order, I can be flexible! Just make sure you communicate with me your concern asap.

 

Picking up your treat

 

When you are picking up a cake or cupcakes from me, please make sure you prepare with the following- 

​

1. Have AC on blast (  it’s gonna be chilly so you might want to wear a sweatshirt, LoL)

2. Avoid sunlight on your dessert 

3. Have the cake placed on the passengers floorboard so it can be leveled if no one is there to hold it securely.

4. Place objects around your treat box to insure it won’t slide around. Blankets, sweaters, towels, etc

5. Drive Slow and No sharp turns 

 

• Once your dessert has been picked up Stavia Sweet Treats is no longer responsible for what happens to your dessert. So please take care of your treats.
